Unable to Save Layout Containing ExternalScript Module |

I am on JIST 3.0 with MIPAV 7.0.1 and I have created an
ExternalScriptAdapter Module for use in a pipeline, but the
LayoutXML will not save when the layout contains this adapter. It
creates the file, but nothing is saved into it.

We see the problem and are trying to figure out a reasonable
solution. In
case you are wondering, the problem is that
"MedicAlgorithmGeneralScriptAdapter" needs to override the
reconcileAndMerge function to account for the fact that the
input/output
parameters are coming from an external file.
You can take a look at MedicAlgorithmJistLayoutAdapter for an
example of
how this is done.

Additional Info: I turned up my debugging level and the error is a
missing module error -- cannot form valid connection.
