Inconsistent segmentations cause failure in stage 4 of ashs_train

Detailed description

When the input segmentation dataset includes some 'loose' labels (labels present in only a few voxels of a few segmentations), the adaboost code fails to run. The solution would be to check segmentations for consistency.
