Summary: more information NITRC-CE with SGE |
Detailed description |
i started NITRC-CE with SGE via starcluster and then created an
account through the web interface. however, it appears that the SGE
daemon doesn't seem to have any of the child nodes as part of the
cluster. in fact it appears to only have the master node in the
queue.
however the SGE queue doesn't appear to actually have the 30 nodes
as part of the queue that i added to the cluster.
if i do something like:
echo "sleep 300" | qsub -V -l hostname=node010
it stays waiting in the queue forever (whether it is submitted as
myself, sgeadmin2, or root).
