| Detailed description |
Hi!
Many thanks for this super useful tool. I tried to upload more than
two activation maps on the same structural image but I think this
option is not supported - right?
Thanks again!

Hello
1.) The "Old" flavor only requires OpenGL 2.1 (from 2006), while
the regular flavor runs on OpenGL 3.3 Core (from 2008). I suggest
you check whether you can upgrade your graphics drivers. One
limitation of the Old version is that unless your driver supports
specific extensions you will not have control of ambient occlusion
or the XRay sliders. Also, depending on your drivers geomtery
shader support the wire and wireframe shaders may not work. The
nice thing about OpenGL 3.3 is that a lot of nice features are
required, so all my software features work

2.) Not in this version, perhaps the next one. You select one
transparency value for all your overlays.

Works now, thanks!
Two more questions: For some reason I can only use SurficeOld. When
I try Surfice I get "gdk_gl_context_share_new_usefpglex context
creation failed" error message. Any idea what am I doing
wrong?
+ Is it possible to control the transparency of different layers
independently of each other?
Thanks again!

Hello-
You can load multiple overlays. First choose File/Open to load the
background image and then overlay/Add multiple times to load each
overlay. Note when you open an overlay a new tool panel appears
that allows you to adjust the properties of the overlay.
A nice example of this feature is the painted overlay script you
can find here
https://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/inde...
and illustrated here
