| Detailed description |
Dear SurfIce team,
is it possible to show color bars in SurfIce? If not, is this
feature planned?
It would help a lot for me..
In case I need to build color bars manually, do you know where I
could find e.g. a picture of the actc color map?
Thanks!
Andy

Here is how to do it
1.) Choose File/Open to select your background image (e.g.
BrainMesh_ICBM152_smoothed.mz3)
2.) Choose Overlay/Add to select your statistical map
(e.g. motor_4t95vol.nii.gz)
3.) A new toolbox papers named "Overlays" - use the Color pulldown
menu to select ACTC, you may also want to adjust the min and max
intensities
4.) Choose Color/ColorBar to toggle the colorer on and off.
Note that the ColorBar only appears for overlays and nodes that
have variability in their intensity. If you load an isosurface mesh
(e.g. motor_4t95mesh.mz3) which has a single value for the
boundary there is no color bar and no ability to set a minimum and
maximum threshold.
