Hello,
I tried downloading some of the ABIDE II data, but keep getting the
following error: You have not chosen a tool/resource, or you have
chosen a private tool/resource that you do not have permission to
access.
I am logged onto my NITRC account, so I'm unsure why this error is
coming up.

You'll have to wait for your access request to be approved by the
ABIDE data providers before you have permission to access the
data. They usually process these requests in a day or two.
