Detailed description

Hello,
   I want to change my e-mail contact in NITRC site and I submit the request, then I click the confirmation link in my new e-mail website, but I got the information of "Invalid confirmation hash" from the confirmation website of  your site. I really want to change my e-mail now and I need your help. Thank you!
