Detailed description

A very minor problem here: in the results text file, the number of voxels used and the total number of voxels are swapped. For example:
**** Analyzing lesion_mocaSubacute with 138 participants for behavioral variable MoCA across 4628988 (of 310244) regions/voxels.

According to the code I'm using version 3 March 2017, which still appears to be the current version.
