Dear Sir/Madam

I am a Research scientist from Tulane University. I have a problem with the ABIDE Preprocessed data.

There is ABIDE 1112 dataset, including 539 from individuals with ASD and 573 from typical controls. I tried to use the python script provided by the website for downloading the data based on participant demographics. I found that I can not download no more than 900 dataset. For example, there are 27 subjects from Carnegie Mellon University, but I can only download 5 of them.

The detailed information can be found in the attachment.

According to the page you reference (http://preprocessed-connectomes-project....), the data is being downloaded from the Preprocessed Connectomes Project's S3 bucket, which is outside of NITRC's ability to fix.  I would recommend you contact the Preprocessed Connectomes Project directly via the forum link on that page or via one of their NITRC forums at https://www.nitrc.org/forum/?group_id=29...
