Hi
We are using different enantiomorphic normalization for some brains
with tumours as we found that 6 tissue segment doesn't work as well
as '3' and even 'false' works better on some brains. However,
whilst for '6 tissue segment' produces the deformation fields, they
do not seem to be produced for '3 tissue segment' or 'false'. Have
the writing out of these been removed from the code intentionally?
Can you advise?
