In the webpage ( http://preprocessed-connectomes-project....), the number of ROIs in Harvard-Oxford atlas is 110(you can
downloaded the Labels of Harvard-Oxford atlas in this webpage.
But When I downloaded the ABIDE Preprocessed data (CPAC
pipeline), the number of ROI time series is 111.
