Detailed description |
Good morning,
I was wondering if there was a tool within MRICROGL that could be
used to measure the distance between two locations on the loaded
image (e.g. measuring the length of a lesion, the distance between
two ROIs, scalp-cortex distance). The ruler tool is a
good start but it appears to just be fixed in one location (e.g. a
scale rather than a tool for measuring). If a dynamic
option exists for measuring could you point me to it?
Otherwise, would you be open to adding this feature?
Thank you.

If you choose the Help/MouseGestures you will see a list of the
modifier keys for your operating system. On my MacOS computer, I
get a list that includes:
Option-Drag: Measuring tool
The attached image shows an example. The title bar shows the
start and end coordinates (XxYxZ in mm) and the distance between
these two points: in this case 83.83mm
