[Mrtrix-discussion] problems with matrix installation on mac

Hi

I tried installing mrtrix 0.2.11 using macports as described here:

http://www.brain.org.au/software/mrtrix/install/macosx.html


I used macports before and it was working well. xcode and X11 are installed. 

this command runs without error:
port install glib2 glibmm libpng gtk2 gtkmm gtkglext gsl pkgconfig

I cd into the mrtrix folder, but ./build and ./build install don't seem to do anything. I don't get an error but it does not  install anything either.

any ideas?
