[Mrtrix-discussion] CSD Probabalistic

Dear MRtrix users and devs,

Reading through the documentation of MRtrix and some papers regarding the
theory I am wondering about the specific method used for the Spherical
Deconvolution probabalistic tractography. I see a reference to the work of
Behrens 2003 and Parker 2003, however in the Thesis by Ben Jeurissen 2011,
there is mention of other methods such as calibration, Bayesian and
Bootstrap approaches. Could you clarify which method is currently
implemented?
