[Neurobureau-hubs] next large group call

This might be thinking to far ahead, but if we had the money; a scholarship
committee might be a good thing to setup. It never hurts to have these
things in place ahead of time.

The role of this committee/coordinator would be to decide how to award money
to different people who apply (maybe travel awards, maybe small awards for
summer research, or small awards to go train with another lab for a month or
2).

Just a thought.
