[Neurobureau-hubs] next large group call

Hi Donald,

Now you that we mention it, we certainly need to discuss "grant" projects.
Re Cameron and Daniel's input, I guess that what they called "roles" would
be what I called work-groups. I am not sure whether or not we need to have
detailed roles within a work-group (I guess that will depend on the
work-group, I could imagine some specific roles for art at HBM for example). At
the bare minimum one group leader would be in charge of keeping the ball
rolling in the group. Note that we had something like that for ADHD200, and
it turned out to be a big failure (we've largely worked on our own thus
far). I hope we'll be more successful at the project level. Remember, it's
all about the scale.
