[Neurobureau-hubs] Reaching a consensus on Neuro Bureau definitions and consitution

It all sounds great, guys!

This is a little off-topic, but I think one of the main impediments so far
is the disconnect between all of the different sites (NITRC, webpage, blog,
facebook, etc.). Please let me know what I can do to help make it a little
more seamless - if it's easy to get back and forth from place to place, I
think it will help make things less confusing for any new people checking us
out for the first time.
