[Repronim-trd3] Odd mongodb package error in niceman travis-ci (temporary?)

The pain of external dependencies. While trying to diagnose codecov
weirdness, all my niceman travis-ci jobs are failing (including those that
used to work). It appears to be an error running
http://neuro.debian.net/_files/neurodebian-travis.sh, but the failure is
caused by an empty mongodb.org Package file:

E: Failed to fetch
store:/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/repo.mongodb.org_apt_ubuntu_dists_trusty_mongodb-org_3.4_multiverse_binary-i386_Packages
Empty files can't be valid archives
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones
used instead.

The command "bash <(wget -q -O-
http://neuro.debian.net/_files/neurodebian-travis.sh)" failed and exited
with 100 during .

Your build has been stopped.

Any suggestions? Maybe we should remove the "e" in "set -xe" in the
neurodebian-travis.sh script? I'll do other stuff and try again later.

Butch
