DTI and resting state data
Dear All,

I have read in NITRC webpage of the project that one of the sites (enhanced Beijin) has DTI and resting-state data but so far I have been unable to find them. The 5 part tar files only include resting-state and anatomical (T1) images. Could you please where I can find this data?

Thanks,
aris

RE: DTI and resting state data
Hi Aris,

I think you are referring to the Beijing-Enhanced sample. That is a re-release of the original Beijing sample, but this now including IQ measures and DTI for a lot of subjects.

You can find the data here:

http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...

Also if you are on the main page: http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/inde...
- the 'old' 1000 functional connectomes data is located under the left brain
- newer INDI data can be found under the 'prospective' and 'retrospective' buttons.

Cheers,
Maarten

Hi Maarten,

I am also trying to download this dataset (DTI+rs-fMRI). But the link you have given does not work. Could you give us a new link?

Thanks a lot.

RE: DTI and resting state data
Hi Lirong,

thank you for your interest in the data! To be able to download the data you need to apply for access to the datasets (no worries, all are granted). That can be done through this link http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...

However, I've taken the liberty of already adding you to the user list. So you should be good to download now. Make sure you are logged in into nitrc, before trying to download again.

Cheers,
Maarten
