Hello,
I wandered how to run Brainaligner with Ubuntu os. I've downloaded both the program and the image files. When I printed the code:"$jba_redhat" or "$jba_redhat -t test1_256.tif -s test2_256.tif -L test1_256.marker -w 10 -o t21_256.tif "in the terminal, the output was cannot find the command.
