The PANDA was stopped at the “dtifit process ”
 
The Monitor Table displayed  failed  dtifit
 
 
restarted the Matlab and PANDA unsolved the problem
 
 
My FSL version was 4.1.4

       I have seen your log files.

       It seemed that the usage of dtifit in your FSL is different from mine.

       I have tested PANDA with FSL 4.1.6.

       I will test it with FSL 4.1.4 and FSL 4.1.9.

       Pleas use g_dtifit.m in the attachment to replace yours in the folder of PANDA.
