I have downloaded the 'New York University Child Center' dataset from the ADHD-200 website (http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...), however, I can not find the associated phenotypic file on the wetsite.
Does anyone have it? I would be very grateful if you can share it with me, either via an email (xintao.hu@gmail.com), or just give me a hint where I can find it.

you should be able to see a link to NYU_phenotypic.csv among the files you can download (either in All Releases, or under the Releases button in the NYU section)

I found two links as follows to download the data. However, I can't find any link to the phenotypic file in either of them.

the links you show are not for the ADHD-200 datasets. The links to the phenotypic files are on the page you cited in your initial message:

http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...

You might be confusing datasets as there are multiple NYU Child study center ones, however, there is only one NYU CSC dataset in the ADHD-200.

When you are logged in to NITRC, the file is here:

ftp://www.nitrc.org/fcon_1000/htdocs/ind...

You can also click on "Releases" under the NYU tab, or find it at the bottom of the page under "All Releases"

If you are not logged in, you will instead see a button that says "Log in to NITRC"

I'm sorry. there is still no correspondence to the data I down. Maybe you can have a look at the data here, http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/fcpC... I have downloaded all the data whose name is started with 'New York', and the information in the document isn't enough for me to decide whether each person is healthy or not. The label of each person can't be found in the NYU_phenotypic.csv that you want me to download.

Hello,it looks like you are really confusing two datasets here. The link you provide suggests you downloaded data from the FCPClassic collection (the data used in the Biswal et al 201 PNAS paper). Those are all healthy subjects (except for the NewYork_a_ADHD data - which are all ADHD). All datasets within the FCP Classis collection are from healthy controls. The only phenotypic information available for those is age, sex and handedness.The dataset you were referring to in your first post is the ADHD-200 data. Those indeed contain healthy subjects as well as patients with ADHD.Hope this clears things up,Maarten
