Dear Elnaz,
I do not know about such database. However, you might want to try the eeglablist@sccn.ucsd.edu (you will need to register first at http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/install.html) which has 5000 EEG users.
However, people are protective of their data, so I would mention a potential collaboration instead of simply having them give you their data. Just a thought.
