DICOM format loading in Vaa3D
Quite a few folks recently asked me whether or not vaa3d can load
DICOM format data directly. The answer is YES!
I just did some tests, using the sample DICOM images at http://barre.nom.fr/medical/samples/ for example the MR-MONO2-8-16x-heart datasets, one can click plugins -> Data_IO -> convert_and_load_with_bioformats -> convert to .v3draw with Bioformats and import . Then it is done!
One screenshot is attached!
