We just published a paper on the preprocessing of the ADHD-200 with
the NIAK pipeline. It describes how we integrated the PSOM
pipeline framework into CBRAIN
to run a Matlab pipeline on a computing grid. It also gives some
details on the quality control procedure we followed. Please cite
this work if you use the NIAK preprocessed ADHD-200 sample in a
