Hi Ram Krishna,
1)You need to have hammer/bin in the path (notice that this is different from hammergui/bin)
2)Remember that the HAMMERGUI was designed for batch processing The menu options will work only if you set up the project like this.Subject_batch_directory(This is the directory to be set as subjects directory in the hammer gui … this is different from HAMMERCLI)

If you have everything set up like this
3)If both the above conditions are met your problem should be solved
4)The CLI and the GUI work in completely different ways
5)If this doesn’t solve your problem please e-mail me the output and the exact java version. If your menus are enabled HAMMER should work
