Hello,

I've created binary ROIs (nifti format) that I've used through Pickatlas 'saved file' to limit my results in SPM12. However, the results are not limited to the inside of this ROI, and instead SPM12 shows results both inside and outside of the ROI. What might be causing this issue? Thank you.
