Hi Duke,
I am not very sure the issue you mentioned. Do you have the most recently version of FSL (4.1.6). Basically, dual regression calls the fsl_glm command in FSL release. Also make sure you have downloaded the version 1.1 of fcon1000 scripts. Please let me know if still the problem there.
