spm8 error
Hello,
I have just installed the 2.4 version of the wfu_pickatlas - and I have a problem that I cannot seem to fix.
When I go into my spm8 results, I get the following error:
??? Error using ==> spm_P
Too many output arguments.
Error in ==> wfu_spm_list8 at 341
[P Pn Em En EN] = spm_P(1,k,u,df,STAT,R,n,S);
Error in ==> spm_list at 27
wfu_spm_list8(varargin{1:end});
??? Error using ==> spm_list('List',xSPM,hReg);
Error using ==> spm_P
Too many output arguments.
This error prevents me from accessing the p-values associated with my results.
I have tried installing the newest version 3.0, but in this case, I cannot load the pickatlas into spm8 (there is a try-catch error with matlab).
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Halchuk
