How to visualize statistical results on brain surface like these pictures using SPM
Hi all,
I want to achieve visualization of statistic
results like this picture:
Or this picture:
Can anyone tell me how to do it? Do I need a custom
.gii file? Where can I download such .gii files?
I have tried all .gii files under the
folder canonical/. There are
no inflated surface files with such degree there.
