A simple problem for you! In your giving marker file, the points are already correspondent points in test1 and test2.tif, is it right?
How can you get the marker file, could you give some hints. How much points are not too slow to compute?
the brain aligner can create a csv marker file after a global registration, but it takes quite some time.
