I recently built shapeworks and managed to run the torus example succesfully. I'm hoping to use the code to generate consistent landmarks on multibody objects. I tried initializing landmarks manually on each part then used the splitting function to initialize  more points but it seems to ignore the smaller objects and only generates landmarks on the largest part.

I started digging deeper into the source code and found input parameters to set multiple domains for each shape, as well as multiple spheres. I couldn't find any info on these features in the '09 doc and I was wondering if they are detailed in any other documentation.
