Calculating counts from ROIs (Mouse Suite)
I am following the Mouse Suite guide (chapter 25 in the manual) to
calculate SPECT counts from ROIs defined on CT image.
In the manual it states that to compute ROI statistics (section 25.7, p.285):
Unfortunately, I cannot find Compute ROI Stats in BioImage Suite 3.2.
Is there any other way to calculate the ROI stats in the Mouse Suite module?

the left drop down menu, located in the
BioImage:: Suite Mouse Register window. A Registration/Overlay Tool box appears.
