Hi,
 I and one of my colleague have started playing with CONN lately in order to analyze an rs-fMRI dataset. We are having trouble with second level analysis using GUI. We have done the preprocessing and the first level using the batch mode but now when we'd like to play with the second level it will not let us set up the second level. We do not get any errors in the first level and preprocessing and it seems that all the needed files are in the created subfolders.
 Below is the error that we get:
