Hello everyone,
I got fMRI data acquired by a Siemens Trio 3T. These data contain also 40 files from a gradient field sequence. When I convert these 40 dicom files in SPM8 I get only one image. And I wanted to use these data for unwarping. But as I understood it correct I need two images, a magnitude and a phase image. Therefore my question: Do I have to convert the images in another way or how can I fix this problem.
Thank you
Benji
