Notes:
This release constitutes imaging processing and visualization tools. These are scripts and compiled binaries
which run in PC Linux environments. They are available from
our download site:
http://idealab.ucdavis.edu/software/index.php
Most applications are standalone.
Some also require the QT libraries for Linux, for example: /usr/lib/qt-3.3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3
Download and installation is generally easy. Get the tar-gzipped files from our download site. Unpack and install
in /usr/local/bin/ (recommended). If other location chosen, some scripts will require editing.
