Notes:
DTIPrep1.1.6 is now compatible with Slicer 4 after locating inside
its Modules.
DTIPrep1.1.6 creates the results inside the folder
"QCOutputDirectory" that is named in the protocol. Otherwise it
creates the results in the same path as the input DWI file. Main
tags for CLI : -w input dwi -p protocol -f (optional) /name of
QCOutputDir/ .
