VDB1.1 is a 3Dvisualization tool of human brain, which is used to research neural activitiesof brain regions evoked by the virtual stimulating signal (or the virtual tasksignal). In addition, this tool can also help researchers to study causalrelationships among brain regions, nodal degree and the shortest path length ofthe directional brain network. VDB 1.1 adds several functions includingmultiplanar display, the shortest path show, and automatic label of brainregion.
