Detailed description

I have encountered  an error while using this tool in Windows 7.When i clicked the "segment" it closes with the following error.

          "A PROBLEM CAUSED THE PROGRAM TO STOP WORKING CORRECTLY.PLEASE CLOSE THE PROGRAM"


Can you suggest me a solution for this.
