Vaa3D cell counting issue |

"I recently became aware of your Vaa3D software when you gave a
seminar at OHSU. I am testing it out on sample datasets we have
from Drosophila adult brains. I have been trying to get it to count
nuclei based on the instructions from the YouTube video, however
Vaa3D keeps freezing. I have tried this with both Mac and Windows
platforms and had the same problem. In the future we are curious to
see if we can use Vaa3D to count synapses in the Drosophila brain
using volumes reconstructed via array tomography. Any tips you can
provide would be greatly appreciated."
