GLIRT 1.0.5 has been released Posted By: Guorong Wu - Apr 25, 2011Tool/Resource: GLIRT New version of GLIRT (v 1.0.5) has been released, together with the test data for groupwise registration (GR_Test.zip) and longitudinal sequences registration (4D_Test.zip). it has been tested on linux machine. Since our software deals with the large dataset, we strongly suggest the users to run the software on linux server (with multiple cpus and enough memory), although we provide the windows version. |
