Error in uploading covariates
Hello Community,
I am a master student trying to explore CONN toolbox. I imported all the data along with covariates through scripting. My covariates file is an output file from fmriprep toolbox, I imported 115 covariates files with 140 slices each using "batch.setup.covariates.files{ncov}{nsub}{ncondition} = 'path of file.txt'; ". The text files dimension is [140 115]
There is no error and the program runs well but for eg: I have one signal for one covariate for one subject . Instead of only one signal it shows all the 115 covariates signal for every covariate. It's not getting arranged properly.
I don't know what is wrong
The dimension of covariate file for 1sub,1condition is [140 115] = [no of slices , ncovariates]
instead appearing as [140 1] for one covariate the values are [140 115] under every covariate.
May I know what should I do?? I am unable to figure out the solution. Any guidance regarding this would be appreciated.
Thank you.
