RE: Error after preprocessing
Hi Aleksandra,

Sorry for the non-informative error. This error indicates either some missing first-level covariate or a mis-specified number of sessions. I would suggest to double-check in the gui whether all of your first-level covariates have been defined for each subject and each session. Let me know if this seems to be the issue here.

Best
Alfonso

After successful completion of Setup Preprocessing steps I want to run Analysis (Controls X Patients), but as soon as I click 'Done' I get an error message. I am sure all the setup information are there.
Any help much appreciated.

Thank you,
Aleksandra
