thank you for your comprehensive reply. I compare manual and automated segmentations, so to beginn with, I will try and go with shapeAnalysisMANCOVA. My problem is, that MeshMath won't let me calculate the vectors. It returns " 0   No operation to do -> exiting".
Any suggestions on this?
My second question concerns StatNonParamTest: do I definitively need it in order to visualize significant differences in shapes of man vs . automated segmentations? I did non succeed in compiling it either.
