Hello, sorry for bothering again, but I have been kinda struggling with the same problem for some time.

I am still not sure how to interpret the results of ShapeAnalysisMANCOVA since I would like to know the direction of the difference between groups and its value in mm. I have tried using the absolute distance feature of MeshMath (subtracting meanA and meanB, I guess it is actually the same as diffMesh.txt). Then I compared the result to the visualization of the RawP and I guess it correlates, am I right? (the picture is included below, RawP is visualized in SPV and the distance map in good old KWMeshVisu).
What are the units in the distance map? I am still seeking for a way how to quantify the results in milimetres such in http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3062073/figure/F9/
