Visual Task related functional connectivity
Dear Alfonso,
I have two groups ( control and patient) for visual fmri. I have done connectivity analysis for visual task fmri. I defined visual condition in onset/duration fields. I have defined control and paint groups in second level covariates. Also I got motion covariates and I added them as second level covariates. I wanted to look at how motion effects the connectivity. To do that, for example, I selected control and control group motion covariates in subjects effects field and I selected any effect of interest in between-subjects contrast. I did the same thing for patient group. We are going to submit a paper and I want to be sure I have done right thing. Could you please tell me if I am wrong in some place?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Elveda
