thanks a lot for your reply. One followup question:

I created a 3D .nii file (with FSL) which contains several spherical ROIs with increasing intensities (all integers from 1 to 20). I then have a .txt and a .csv file (same basename as the .nii file) which lists the labels of the ROIs in the same order as the intensities in the 3D .nii file.

Can I assume that, in the conn interface, the order of the labels is matched to the order of the intensities in the 3D .nii file (e.g. the ROI with intensity 3 will be matched to the label listed in the 3rd row of the .txt file?)
