Hello, 

I would like to to transform my ROIs from MNI to  native space and then extract the BOLD signal from the denoised nifti_SUBJECT*.nii created by Conn (what is the metric of those .nii images by the way? )

This is what I did:
* I normalised the ROI based on the inverse transformation matrix iy_*.nii
* I created new ROI images based on the dimensions of the nifti_SUBJECT*.nii (with Marsbar)

However, when I checked the overlay of this new ROI in the occipital cortex (in red) on the nifti_SUBJECT*.nii, you can see that this was exceeding the boundaries of the denoised volumes (the blue is the same ROI with the properties before the transformation).

Shouldn't we expect not to have such an extension? You have any recommendation for a better transformation of the ROIs?
