Locating individual subject Beta value
Dear Conn Users,
I have preprocessed a small sample (N=7) that completed an N-back task in the scanner (task conditions: 2-back and 0-back) and in first level options I selected gPPI, bivariate regression and both ROI to ROI & seed to voxel (I've added in my own ROIs in addition to the included AAL in the set up process). 5 subjects received an intervention, 2 received sham. At the second level results, I have selected specific target ROIs and have set up the condition to examine 2>0back looking at only the 5 subjects in the active group. When I seed for example in the RH Inferior parietal lobule and one of my targets, LH DLPFC has a beta value of -.11 (which I interpret as being more deactivated), my question is: how can I extract each individual subject's beta value that contributed to this group result?
Best regards,
Nicole
