For each seed (that I previously define on the structural wth MRIcroN) I obtain the Beta and the corr map.

I would like to know if the correlation value significant. In other words, if It's already applyed a threshold and I can trust the correlation values even if they are small, for example 0.1 or 0.4.

I am also very interested in knowing how to correct the p-values from the Beta or Corr maps. I know how to do it from a T-map, but the values are much higher, here they are usually < 0.5, so how correct such maps?

Thank you very much in advance!
